Quality Assurance is the establishment of processes to ensure that the deliverable is acceptable.
QA processes are used to periodically evaluate overall program performance and to determine that quality reviews are held, deliverables are tested, and customer acceptance is acquired.
PROGRAM MONITORING PROCESSES
The procedures developed will be integrated as an interconnected, quality system that effectively manages and consistently monitors all support services tasks and the contract as a whole. Each process has been defined in the Government QASP. Our QCP will use the defined performance requirements/metrics to produce the desired results. Performance measurements will be captured and compared against the requirements. Corrective action will be taken when a problem is identified. Policies and procedures will be modified or added, as required, to enable the process to be responsive to changing customer needs and improvement opportunities. In addition, we will capture lessons learned and use them to improve our processes.
